Just posted today... I really don't want to make fun of the person who posted this, but it reminded me of Gabby Johnson in Blazing Saddles.

I would love to know what a snapper thaterizzer does! :dontknow:

Actually it's "thatcherizer"- a lawn thatcher. And if you have a Snapper mower it's not a bad price either (~$150 new), but unfortunately IIRC it's proprietary to their line of mowers.

Since you brought it up though, here's another CL deal: http://raleigh.craigslist.org/tls/1668156010.html. I had no idea Craftman tools held their value so well!

re: are these CL deals popping up more frequently?? I saw one a month ago for an "almost new" Craftsman 14" bandsaw that was priced higher than their current model. :icon_thum

Hey, That Bandsaw sold for $179 on sale 25 years ago, Given that's its now a classic and with that in mind, Not a bad deal compared to a 1970 Hemi Cuda :rotflm:

Might be a good price, for whatever it is. I mean it was 'stoed in side snapper riding mower'. :rolf:
