Dang, Joe, how come you get AWW before I do? I suppose it has something to do with being wayyyyy out here in E.NC.

After AWW notified me I went to the Lee Valley catalog so already know what I'm going to get with my $250 GC - boy, $250 sure doesn't go as far as it used to! Do I get a blue shirt too?

I also sold WWJ a tip about how to make a quick, cheap, yet perfectly-sized template to make router table insert cutouts. Rip and square off one end of some scrap hardboard or MDF, butt glue them staggered around the router plate, and put a little Bondo in the corners. No precise trimming, filing, or sanding is required. Use it with a flush trim or pattern bit to make a perfect cutout. First posted on North Carolina Woodworker in January, it should appear in the Dec issue of WWJ which is supposed to be devoted to "all things router."

And finally, later this fall a few photos and a brief description of my shop will be in the "My Shop" section (where else? ) of AWW.

I'm on a roll, and the North Carolina Woodworker calendar is the cherry on top! :eusa_danc
