I know that several members have this item and are very happy with it. The built-in above-the-table height adjustment is pretty cool.
I've never seen it this cheap before. Price only good until 12/28.

That really is a great deal! I have one of their smaller, body-grip-style routers that I like the feel and finish of. That is the first time I have ever been able to follow a link to HD, and have it actually go to the selected product!

You just have to know the trick to linking it ;-)
(do a search in google or froogle and then copy their link)

They also have a great web-deal on the Rigid jointer. but SHIPPING costs $1208-O, killing any potential savings, and I can't find out how to do local pickup with the HD....?

That's an easy one. Just print it out and take it to HD. They'll match it. At least the HD in Garner where my wife works will do that...YMMV

...and with my wife's company Christmas present (20% off single purchase at HD cupon), the total was $179+tax. Not a bad deal... :-D
