I need to buy a bushing to reduce a 1" bore to fit a 5/8" arbor. I know the Freud part number is Freud BL71MCE9. The bushing itself is relatively cheap ($3-$4 depending on vendor), but the shipping is ridiculous. Every place I have looked has shipping of $9 or more.

This bushing can't weigh more than a couple of ounces and would fit in a regular old envelope. Does anyone know of a brick and mortar store that has these in stock?
