I am still here, not reading the posts that much these days. I am pretty busy teaching at the Woodwrights School and am in the process of writing my second article for Popular Woodworking, this one to be on rule joints and rule joint planes, etc.
I just rec'd my copy of Popular WoodWorking and our own Bill Anderson is one of the featured authors. He created a nice article on making a bowsaw. Thanks Bill.
Well, Stanley sells Delta to TOTY and they are moving to Anderson.
Interestingly, I saw a mention of this on the local noon news Friday and mentioned it to a Delta support tech I was speaking to later that afternoon. He was floored to say the least, completely surprised.

I wanted to take some time to comment on Bill's latest handtool class I attended this past Saturday.
Bill did another outstanding job of covering so much in such a short amount of time. Well, 8 hours of saw sharpening was as much as many of us may wish to tackle in one day :-)

I opened up the latest Woodcraft magazine and on page 46 is an entry from Bill (willarda) in the "Tips and Tricks" section on a jig to assist clamping pieces with no opposing parallel surface.
