Router fence lead screw main components

A 1/4-20 rod, a through-threaded five-point handle, two 1/4 washers (Nylon washers would be preferable) and nylok lock-nuts, a brad-hole T-nut, 4 #6 RH machine-screws and nuts, a short length of 3/32" brass rod for a stop-pin to prevent rotation (just visible in the round recess in the nut-block), inserted in a #41 through hole drilled using a hole in the T-nut as a guide, in the 1/2" MDF nut-block. The 3/4" recess for the nut is drilled a hair deeper than the thickness of the T-nut flange to allow a little free-float, and for the same reason the through hole is 3/8" for a 5/16" T-nut body.
