DL, If I had thought to look at your gallery I would have seen the sander and had the answer re the band saw boxes. I have several Delta machines, but opted for my first Grizzly when I decided to get a sander. I got the G1014Z which is lighter and less expensive. My first two boxes were made using a wood rasp and a sanding block. That was enough to convince me it was time to spend some more money.
You have done some beautiful work and I appreciate the photos you have posted. I hope to incorporate some of the ideas I have picked up and better organize my shop.
