Anybody happen to have a Moxon vise they would sell that is not too far from me? Or a similar vise?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance
Thanks I’ll check the link out!In case no one has one that they're willing to part with: They are ridiculously easy to make—particularly if you're not making one with a table—and low-cost hardware kits are available. https://taytools.com/pages/search-results-page?q=moxon+vise+hardware+kit
It's in the Resources section: https://ncwoodworker.net/forums/index.php?resources/moxon-vise-plans.507/.I believe Jim Creasman's write up on building a Moxon is available on the forum.
I’ll remember these tips!!I used the kit from Woodcraft. I did a few changes, like sleeving the holes with PVC pipe and a nice radius. Makes it easier to use. Cork gasket lined. Nice big wheels.
