What finish for a Bar Top?

I've got a commission to build a flat pack portable bar and since there will be quite a bit of liquids exposed to the surfaces, I'm thinking of doing a surface coat of epoxy on everything. Is there a better finish for something like this? Anyone every build something like this?
There will be a sink with battery(rechargeable) water spigot, an ice chest, plus fresh water and gray water containers. The water containers will most likely just sit on the ground inside the unit.

I would think PU or epoxy based finishes would be good choices.

I concur that an epoxy bar top finish would be the go to for your application. You can use what ever you want for the rest of it, like say a marine varnish. There are several product lines out there for bar top finishing.

Thanks! I'll look into an epoxy based finish for the top. I think I've got Waterlox I can use for everything else.
