Small Roto Tiller

OK let me start with I'm Lazy . I have a number of bare spots in my lawn that I want to seed this fall. They are roughly 6 to 7 square feet. I'm looking for a tool to loosen the mostly clay soil to a depth of a few inches. Roto tiller seems to be the tool of choice but I don't want a big one and I don't want a gas engine - so small electric tiller or other tool? Any suggestions?

Sunjoe corded model is super - but don't use it in a traditional rototiller method, pulling it and backing from forward to rearward works so much better. letting it pull you will jerk you around! Can be found for about $50

Well I ended up getting the Sunjoe - arrived yesterday. I gave it a brief tryout - does what I want. Thanks for the suggestion.
