OLD Dewalt Table Saw (and grinder)

Dewalt must have made saws for Craftsman at that time because my first saw was a crafttsman an looked identical to that one, even the fence is identical. My father bought it well used at the beginning of the 60's and we had it until 1992, as a matter of fact my friend is still using it. Our was a 8" model and would cut all day, we had a wooden fold. out wing on one side.

I've never seen a DeWalt like that before. $275 seems a bit high to me though.
