I have not heard of it, but came across in an email from FineWoodworking.

Just found it interesting ... and thought I'd share.

Saw the video. Very impressive, very cool, very expensive. You can buy a Grizzly 1023 for that kind of money.

I just watched their video over the weekend. It looks cool as all getout but for the price I want something you need to plug in.

Looks like they finally revamped their website to somethng that works. The only thing you got off the old format was frustrated.

Kinda the hi-tech of lo-tech, isn't it? Would a real Neander use one?

Now I didn't say I was getting one ... PeteM :gar-La;

Just found it funny how something without a motor could cost so much! Guess the money is in the design & research ... someone has to pay for it!

HOWEVER ... if I find on on craigslist for $100 next year ... I'm in! :icon_thum

Someone get one and send it to Bernard - I think he could make them pretty easy and I would venture to say for a lot less too :rotflm:

That is one mighty expensive saw blade holder! I suspect it might be a great rig for cutting the softwoods commonly used in picture frames, but I'm sure it will have some real challenges with any attemps at cutting true hardwoods like oak or cherry.
