Great saws Dave! May I suggest that you implant a magnet into the saw teeth guards so you don't have to tie them on.

John: I thought about a magnet but I think it would cause the saw blade to become magnetised and then when the saw was sharpened the filings would stick to the blade ??

Doubt it'll magnetize as just a small magnet without much movement. But I've been wrong so many times just using common sense.
