    My Delta shopmate shaper

    Besides being a POS it decided to run in an irregular turning speed today as I was in the middle of running 3/4" ash through it with a 3/8 " round over bit. Lord knows ash isn't hard wood and I wasn't going too fast so why it tripped the reset button and then wouldn't get back to optimum speed...

    Shaper Spindle

    I bought a spiral cutter head for my shaper from grizzly. It is 5" 7/8 tall. My spindle has a 5" capacity. Does anyone know of a modification i can use or a place i could order a 6" inch spindle with an 1' 1/4 dia.

    Burning on shaper

    I am getting some burn with my stile and rail cutters on my shaper. Do any of you get this on hardwoods? Is this a dull cutter problem? If so who is good in the Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Greenville area to sharpen these cutters?

    Where can I find the best deal on a decent fence to get started with? I assume that most any fence from a similar machine would work, maybe I should just order a Grizzly replacement fence for one of their machines? OK, figured out how to attach a picture of the shaper. I have been toying...
