pms

problems by email & Pms

How many of you receive requests for help or to ask how to via email and/or PMs. I get it a lot. I am wondering if we to refuse to handle problems in this way. Instead, we force everyone to use the Help Desk system. It is a thought, but I don't know if it is a good idea.:roll:
