Looking for Simple Workbench Plans

Anybody have some plans handy for a simple 2x4 0r 4x4 and ply workbench. I decided to make it my project this weekend, to put 2 benches in my [strike]garage[/strike] shop. I have a few sources to get some reclaimed 2x4 and 4x4 lumber and was thinking about a 3/4" ply top. Promise to post pics after....

Would like the entire bench to be 8'x2'x39"

You didn't mention what you intend to _do_ on the workbench, so this may not meet your needs: My workbench is a row of recycled kitchen cabinets (free) with two sheets of fiberboard bolted on the top. Heavy, strong and lots of storage.
