some of the old time members may recall i made a crib for my son when he was born. he's now 5.
Well the plan was a 3-in one and I have procrastinated and put off building the foot board for entirely too long. The patient LOML has made it perfectly clear this needs to get done, so I've been working on it. A fellow NCCW'r helped me use his domino to assemble the slats rather than tenon and mortise so that helped.
Here's some pics of the glue up
me pointing out where i sprayed glue all over the kitchen. luckily when it dried it doesn't look too bad.
here's the final glue up. i doweled the legs on since i had the jig and it worked well the last time.
thanks for looking.
now i just gotta put a few coats of shellac get him a mattress set and i can build my smoker.
