Tropical storm turning blanks

A very mature poplar in my front yard was uprooted by storm winds and soaked ground conditions. I suspect it will produce a lot of turning blanks.

Got 45' of Red Oak that fell from root ball- 19" to 13" diameter in Lake Wylie. The rest has been cut to firewood length.
Trying to decide whether to have it milled or?
