The Walking Dead Sign (Combining 3D Printing & Scroll Saw Woodworking)

Don't Open, Dead Inside Sign
This Walking Dead sign was made using a combination of 3D Printing and Woodworking!
It took around 12 hours for my @longer.global LK4 X 3D Printer to print the words (a free file on @thingiverse ) out of white @sunlu_official PLA filament.
I then took the print to the shop and roughly sketched out a tattered sign design on a piece of 3/4 inch pine which I quickly cut out on my @deltamachinery scroll saw
I shaped the rough ends with my Marathon Rotary tool by @bearwoods_supplycompany and after sanding through the grits, I stained the board a dark color allowing the grain to show through.
Then I glued on the letters with some CA Glue and after it cured I gave it several coats of @rustoleum clear gloss for a finish.
I made this sign for a family friend who is a huge walking dead fan. She loved it!
This was my first time ever combining 3D Printing and Woodworking and I love the possibilities here!
