Worked on this on the truck. It is for my brothers girlfriend.
The body is oak, the bottom and shelf bottom is 1/8" hardboard and the top is 5/8" mdf veneered bubinga. It is my 1st veneer job. I was at a Woodcraft in Orlando today and he lasered the bottom for me. Need to spray it and line the bottoms with velvet. The top tray has a diagonal cross divider.
My only dilemma is that I need some kind of lid support. Not expensive and not bulky. I am open to suggestions.
