I'm bringing it back again for another try. Again this not necessarily permanent. It is just a trial, but please give it a chance

Usage Guidelines:

This not a replacement for the chat rooms. It is just a way to get a short message or conversation going. For instance, it should be great for telling someone to come to chat room or read your PM or ask for a phone call.

There are many other uses that are fine, just don't make it a replacement for the chat room or PMs or posts in general.

it's a cool tool that I haven't seen on other forums, including some using vbulletin. I like it.
