Sheet metal

Hi gang,
I got a commission to do some grits screens for a company called Carolina Grits however I need some sheet metal cut to size. Just one or two pieces to start. Basic steel used for duct work but I cannot cut straight. can anyone help?

I'd go to an HVAC shop and ask them if they could cut your pieces for you -- any decent shop will have a good supply of galvanized sheet metal and power shears to cut it.

Jeff, I have a 52" shear/brake/roll that you're welcome to use. I'm about 15 minutes south of you in New Hill.

NB Handy (off Poole Road just beyond Wurth, aka Raleigh Hardwoods) is where I buy my sheet metal.

Scott Thanks. Let me check out where to get the steel. If NB Handy has what I need and will cut at a reasonable price I might go that way. I just need two pieces 16 x 18 3/4 for now. I would like to see your operation though.
