My Santa Fe 70 dehumidifier started freezing up after two years. I'm not sure it was new and unused when it was installed. Don't ask who did installed it. But anyhow the company had me do a performance test and determined it was low on refrigerant. They sent a replacement and it is in and working. I have opened up the old one and saw no sign of a leak like an oily area, but I have no way to check for leaks. It has a charge port. If anyone would like it to see if it can be repaired it's here for the asking. I'm in Fayetteville text me if interested 910 two 2 four 3519.
