Pocket hole machine

I was looking around for a pocket hole machine (my arm is tired!) the Kreg Foreman is nice but way to expensive for my use.

I was wondering if anyone else has built something or knows of a cheaper alternative to the Kreg

Ok, I looked at the video and I like the idea. In face I have a pocket hole kit that I use often therefore I have an interest in making this. I can't see how it works. could someone explain the concept for me. thanks
