Paduk for Pen People

I have a few scraps of Paduk that I will gladly give to a turner that wants them. They are from the tops of the stools that I made. Small but should work for pen making, I think but I am not a turner.

As long as they are ¾" x ¾" square and 5½-6" long they would be perfect. I am sure that a pen turner without a scrap hording problem like mine would really appreciate them :icon_thum

Dang!!! My keyboard is getting wet....:rolf: but then again I've got enough blanks to do me for a while. I would love to see pens out of that stuff.

Hey, by any chance are you going to Woodcraft in Raleigh before August 6th? If so maybe you could drop them off and Tom would hold them for me. I will be going on the 6th. to pick up some stuff.

Got home today and there was this nice little box waiting for me.
Got some pen turning to do now and I have spent some time this afternoon trying to decide how I want to use the wood on a new pen design.
