Sixty-six and retired. Wife, two kids and two grandkids (additional twins on the way - due in Feb, 2006). Wife is an accountant at a nearby hospital. Daughter is divorced and is an ER nurse at the local hospital and has a daughter. Son is a CSI with the Wilson PD and has a son with twins on the way.
Most of professional career was in electronics purchasing in a manufacturing environment and product management in a distribution environment. But retired as the Dir of Materials Management from the local hospital.
Grew up an Army Brat (25 schools from the first through the twelth grades all over the world). Between growing up and my Army days, I have lived or spent extended time in, China ('48 - pre ChiCom days), Japan, Okinawa, Laos (the secret war in '58-'59 - do a Google search), Thailand, Chile, Panama, Turkey (with travels throughout the middle east), Italy. Stateside: Born in FL, lived in NH, SC, CA, TX, NM, GA, NC, MD, DC and have ties in east TN.
I enjoy woodworking, not great, but passable. Enjoy grandkids and I Flog (that is golf spelled backwards but describes my game). I am also an active Mason (PM and PDDGM). I also belong to the Triangle Woodworkers Assoc and go to most meetings. Wife is still working for 3-4 more years.
I am a UofF fan (go Gators) where I went when I got out of the Army in '60.
Right now I have my shop posted on Woodworkersweb

Feel free to look. And feel free to stop by most anytime just e-mail ahead of time to make sure I'm going to be in. I work two days a week for pocket money that I can spend without accounting to LOML.
