I am removing a 200+ square foot deck from a house in Wake Forest. All this wood would sell for about $2000 if purchased new. The deck boards are 5/4 x 6's and once flipped are in good condition. The floor joists are in excellent condition are 2 x 8's and are all 12' long. All the support posts are 4 x 4's and are about 4' long or more. There is also 2 x 6 and 2 x 4 railing.
You will need a truck and dual axle trailer to remove the wood. It will be stacked in the driveway next to the street. You must take all the wood - cannot pick through and leave the rest. Ready for pick up this afternoon. I am selling the wood for $100.
