Link Library Submission

I have ignored a proposed addition to our Link Library that was submitted by an unregistered user. It is a link to www.woodblank.com, a supplier of exotic woods for woodturners. It is an auction site and doesn't show any specific relevance to NC, only to those looking for turning supplies.

Should I delete it or validate it?
