Lee Valley 12-piece router bit sets - any good?

Is Lee Valley stuff any good?
Pardon my ignorance - I've never used LV [got lotsa DeWalt/Freud bits, few CMTs] but since I have a lead on a pair of boxed 12-bit sets for a bargain price, should I buy 'em and resell one set here for $50???
I probably won't even open ONE of the boxes for months...
The sets (1/2" shank) retail on Lee Valley website for $139...

I don't think that LV is in the caliber of Freud or CMT, but their bits are as good as what you can get with the Woodcraft brand. You'll get what you pay for, and for a nice selection for occasional use it can't be beat.
