Harbor Freight surprise

I had the opportunity to give the HF metal detector (http://www.harborfreight.com/9-volt-metal-detector-wand-94138.htmlhttp://www.harborfreight.com/catalo...7&q=centech&mode=grid&category=&currentpage=4) a workout this past weekend, and was pleasantly surprised at how well it performed, even with 8/4 stock. It found an embedded piece of barbed wire and probably saved a blade, so my small investment paid for itself. If you're in the market for a metal detector and don't want to pay megabucks, this might be the ticket.

#1 for this tool :icon_thum I use a lot of recycled boards so this was a must for me. The years I have had it I have been very pleased. :wsmile:

I just bought one today - matter of fact. Did either of you (or anyone else) turn up the sensitivity from the factory setting?
