My latest project

Cedar was finished with Tung oil finish and Johnsons' paste wax
Dragons were cut with a FDUR#3 and finished with BLO and Deft
Overall length about 30"
Pattern originally adapted from a Lora Irish pattern by f250 ( Tom ) from the SSWC forum . I did some other adapting as well

Hey " Brother ", Excellence of Execution strikes again. Love the cutting and mounting to a natural edge slab of cedar just sets it off. Great job bro. Steve

I love how you say "adapting". Most people would call that "designing". I'd call it "Holy woodgrain batman, how'dya do that?".

A great looking piece Robert. Wonderful contrast between the refined and rough.

I am a dragon fan. I just got a Celtic/Nordic pattern book, not by Irish, but it has a very similar pattern.
