Can't get DQ membership validation

I'm trying to get the DQ membership card but every time I go to check if I'm qualified I get a message saying that I'm not qualified without any explanation as to what is causing me not to qualify. Is there anyway to find out what I'm missing?

There are several requirements to be DQ qualified. All the rules are spelled out in this post:

Have you introduced yourself in the "Who We Are Forum"? And have you visited at least once a week for the past 180 days?
