As I assume the position of Webmaster I come in at a time when there has been a lot of things going on. I feel like I would do all of you a great injustice if I jumped in with both feet and started changing things. So I ask that you give me a little time to look at things objectively and put a plan together. By a little time, I am talking a week or so. I want to do things with a lot more structure than I did before. I think that will benefit the site the most. Some things I want to focus on in no particular order are:
1. Restart the goals discussion in a structured way.
2. Address moderation and how we can moderate things in a more consistent way.
3. Have regular conference calls with Mods and Admins.
4. Address the off topic forum. (Leave it closed until we address it). It's already been closed so there should be no harm in leaving it closed a little while longer.
5. Strive to get Vbulletin upgrade done.
That's a lot of things to tackle at once, so I won't add any more right now.:swoon:
