It's been a while since you filled us in on the progress of your shop build. Starting to go through withdrawal.
BTW, when is the next build party at your place? I promise to bring a tool belt next time. (and maybe one for Bas) :gar-La;
As you have all seen, Phil Soper is having an auction of 2 Worksharp 3000s. He placed the auction in "Found, hot deals..." for lack of a better forum. But should his post be in the "Fund Raising" forum? Or do we need a special forum for these member originated activities? I'd like your feedback...
I drove to downtown Raleigh to Phil S's work site and picked up a couple of the lights he had for offer. They are in great condition and should go a long way to brightening up my space.

After admiring his handiwork, the next time I passed my lathe, I glanced down at my stash of catalpa...
I'm getting started on my Toys for Tots cars. That means I will be band sawing out 100 car bodies, along with sanding out saw marks and routing a round over on all edges. First I figured out how to add DC to my 14" Delta band saw. (More on that later) Next, I wanted to capture dust before it...
