As a rather convincing demonstration of the power of the system, Ed put a 25-foot tape measure in the mouth of the dust hood on the large CNC Router. A short 6" duct connects to eight or so feet of 6" clear flexible duct. That in turn connects to solid 6" and 8" duct main for a 20-25' run to the cyclone. It was rather amazing to see the tape measure rise rapidly up to 9-10 off the floor and shoot into the cyclone in a second or two!
