Looks to be a modified bench - elongated for that end vise?

The price is fine - heck, the vises could cost one as much.

The first thing I'd do is build a cabinet with drawers to slide in between the legs. It would add mass and also stiffen the structure and prevent racking. Sjobergs offers one like this, but I'd prefer more drawers.
