Looks like more sawdust and woodchips will be flying soon! Congrats!!!
I'm buying a Griz jointer from Steve D and will pick it up from Gator on Saturday .... so I too can join the "Flying Chips Club" :)

Have fun!

Nice jointer... I know it has received good reviews. Is that the one with the spiral cutterhead or straight knives?

it's the regular 4 knife head, figured to up grade one day, maybe....

That's an Anglia in the background, not a truck.

Based on the recent Wood magazine review, I'm not even sure I would upgrade to a spiral cutterhead for that machine... you've got a great machine as-is!

Need to quit buying tools and drooling and finish installing that sheetrock.:) Very nice and I have no doubt you will be quite happy with it.

Anglia? Before Ford? The Anglia's I am only very vaguely familiar with look like the English cars of the same era... And were actually Ford's.

Yes, it's an English Ford, '53 model......yet another project to finish.

And yes, still lots of sheetrock to do!

I hate sheetrock almost as much as I hate painting. Unfortunately, I am better at painting than sheetrock. When I finished my shop, I had a friend come over and do the mud work and he cussed me constantly. Every electrical box (all 50 of them) had to be taped. I cannot cut out for receptacles worth a flip even with a drywall cut out tool.
