Beautiful wood. Looks like freshly cut walnut.
How long will you dry them before they are ready to use?

Walnut is notoriously slow drying if done by air alone. A slab that size will take 5+ years to air dry down the workable moisture content of 10% for NC. You couldn't really get it any lower than that air drying. Kiln dried would be the best option for a piece like this.

So are you selling these? Are you going to have them dried? How much are you asking for them? AnD Where are you located?

They are for sale and will shift from stacked and stickered and Tin covered outside for a couple months as those that know and have the patience and know how can get a very good bath in price the greener they are.
They will soon be moved to a window covered slanted roof facing the south southeast solar kiln I built 32 ft by 8 wide by 12 high on tall side and 8 ft slanted side down.
One end is completely open and over twenty years it does a fantastic job of allowing air flow and heat from the angles and design to adjust naturally thus acclimating and keeping colors and character well.
As various pieces from one to 8 inches thick and 6 to 40 inches wide dry I rotate as much as possible and transfer them tho an a out door three sided building so they are acclimated to Carolina until they are chosen for projects where they usually hit the garage barn for planer sanding shaping then inside basement workshop party room then final finish wherever there is room and or conditions for different things.
Mantles and some floating shelves can be more moist for certain clients as they don’t mind the character cracks and such or I eventually fill them with epoxy or wood glue after projects acclimate to clients final destination.

Yes
I have a few massive 12x12 pieces from 15 year ago that probably took 5-7 years
I tell clients they can have them kiln dried vacuum or whatever if they want them dry quicker
