Isn't that the harbor freight lathe I've seen guys get for a little under 200 new?

It appears to be just that. He probably paid through the nose for shipping increasing the price. Actually after looking closer it is the 34-706 that is so popular. At first I thought it was the cheaper one. That is a fair price for a never used lathe. Regular price is 289.00, it sometimes goes on sale for 199.00 though.
