I would say jump on stuff like that in a hurry even if it isnt your section. That was totally wrong.

Jim's a good guy but sometimes his presonal editor is just a little slow. This hasn't been the first time that he has posted something off color and either labeled it for Moderation right off the bat or editted it himself shortly after. At least he does know the errors of his ways...it might take a little bit to hit him though.

I agree folks, I would have jumped on it immediately, but he had already deleted it.

I can send him an email suggesting that he avoid the temptation -- we've exchanged lots of emails surrounding dust collection, so we're on a pretty good foundation. I'll be gentle.
