Every time I post a request for more moderators and admins, I am asked what can I do to help? My semi-standard answer is that what I am trying to do is get enough knowledge of the spread around so that the system runs smoothly, regardless of whether I or other people are availble.
Well, now I will be more specific (not much more:lol: , but a little bit.)
First, our frontline is post moderation. All of us. I hope are willing to help in this area, when we have the time. As I have noted before, the post count is going up faster than the member count.
Giving people more forums is not the answer. But having everyone take two forums and having every forums have 2 moderators would help the situation quite a bit. General woodworking is probably an exception.
Anyway, if those of you who don't a forum or 2 would be will take some, it would help all around.
