What I finished today...

Finally finished my vacuum press. This is the venturi-based unit off of joewoodworker.com. It's not fine woodworking like many of you spent your day doing, but I'm getting close to starting my next project with the completion of this.

It works great so far, but I haven't had a chance to try gluing with it yet. I do want to replace my vacuum guage, as this one isn't glycerine-filled, and seems to need a little tapping to get an accurate read.

Does this site use direct linking or image tags to post pics? Is there a preferred method?

Looks very well made. What are you using for the vaccum source, a pump or compressor/venturi valve?

That's a venturi unit. There's an air chuck on it in the bottom right corner.

Image tags to a hosted picture url, either here or elsewhere. No direct attachment, but I see that you have figured that out already :icon_thum.
