I got one a couple of years ago that only required simple updating and tuning up and I really love it. It was missing the blade guard and didn’t have the adjustable speeds but despite that it’s such a well made machine I wouldn’t trade it for much else. One thing that is common is for the table tilt mechanism to break so check for that. Knobs, bearings, blade guides and screws can really add up because they are unusual sizes so factor that into the cost too. Overall they’re excellent machines. There is a Walker Turner16" bandsaw for sale 300.00 bucks. If it is decent shape is it worth it ? and ..... anyone know anything on these other than their 50+ years old typically.
Thanks !
