Update to Links Module

I just upgraded the Link Library to the latest version. I haven't really looked to the effect of the changes. Would guys play around with it see if there are any issues.

You'll noticed that the top block and side blocks don't show up. There is a problem there and I have just dropped that on the author. We'll see what his response is. Probably a piece of stupidity on my part.:BangHead:

I just spent about twenty minutes browsing through the Link Library and exercised most options. It seemed to work fine. One new feature is a floating menu when you select an entry -- the menu choices float to other entries as you move up and down the category, but stops so selections can be made. Looks like a good upgrade to me.
