Unisaw Mobile Cart

My old mobile base will no longer work with my new fence set up.

I have some oak that my neighbor gave to me and I began milling yesterday. I'm going to end up with about 1" thick boards. My thoughts are to make the new base 1'x6'x8' based on the old design:

Do you think the 1"x6"x8' will be strong enough to support my unisaw? I also have a lunch box planer and small jigs/tools on the other side of the saw.

I used the "Sagulator" and assumed the following (I realize this calculator is for shelves, but thought it may give me a ballpark):

185227

1x6, a full 1" thick, is really quite strong 'on edge' as you plan to use it. The loading is distributed (i.e. not a point load) and minor deflection in the center of this cart won't matter (i.e. the whole saw tilts 0.x degrees?). I suspect there is enough deflection in my wood floor that my saw table is not perfectly level either. I don't know exactly what the rest of the structure in that mobile base is, but I would not hesitate based on what I see of your plan.
