Truncated photo workaround

This workaround has been dependable on my iPad.

When the first photo in a post gets truncated, I tap on the thingy circled in yellow below.

and then voila!

For me, I have a problem with 2 of those words - "dependable on my iPad"
Am I being non politically correct by stating - "After purchasing an Apple 2e, I have never bought another Apple product." ?
