Hello All,

I have changed my name from Twodognc to JimmyC for the three reasons listed below:

Reason#1- When I meet NCWWs I have to say "How are you doing, my name is Jimmy, but I use the online name of twodognc". With the picnic coming up soon, now there will be eight less words that I have to say when introducing myself.

Reason#2- My dogs have been getting complexes lately. Since I have three dogs I tell everybody that it's just two dogs and a spare. I think they've been hearing me and now they aren't sure which one is the spare. They've been acting kind of weird, so before I have to send them to dog psychologists, I figure that it's just easier to change my name.

And the final reason........

Reason#3- By using the first name/last initial monicker like DaveO I hope get an additional 9,000 posts added to my total and a shop full of elves:lol:.

JimmyC:)

ps. a special thanks goes to DaveO for making the change

[banana]Who let the twodogs out?!?![/banana]
Blah. I should have registered with an alias, so I could now change it as well and get some gratuitous posts in. I'm such a moron....

But nice to see your name Jimmy!

It's a freaky-deaky-Dutch name. Actually short for Sebastiaan (if you can turn Robert into Bob and William into Bill, Sebastiaan into Bas isn't too much of a stretch :))

Of course, I encourage people to pronounce it "Boss".

Hey - you could go with Dave O'Nan the Barbarian :)

We have some Dutch friends who have children called "Kila" (Girl) and "Bas" funny lot.... I once had to eat raw herring at a party over there once too......

The Japanese aren't the only ones who eat raw fish. Raw herring is very popular in Holland. They chop off the head and remove the bones, but leave the tail on. That way, you can dunk it! Served with chopped onions for extra flavor...mmmmmmmmm

(ok, y'all can stop shuddering now)

I'm sure there are. I was on a plane a few years ago, traveling back home from Colorado. The young woman in the seat next to mine told me she had just graduated from the Colorado School of Massage. Her plan was to open up shop in Manhattan and specialize in dog and horse massage. She said the folks on Park Ave will pay anything to pamper their pets.

I used to live across the street from the School of Message,in Boulder.Great place.I did a lot of rock climbing and backpacking and had lots of stiff parts. So I always went there for a cheap rub down from the students.
But I grew up in NJ and Manhatten, and I don't think many people are going to be bringing there horses in to Manhatten for a message.

You gotta watch some of those foreign dishes. My son spent 3 months in China & said one of their favorite dishes was 'Chicken bow - wow'. He said it wasn't half bad if you had 2-3 beers before.
