Tool rest post lock screw handle

On my Rikon midi-lathe, the internal teeth stripped on the tool rest post lock handle.

Replaced it with a cap screw and made a simple 3-fluted knob. It actually feels a bit better and has plenty of clamping force.

I think that is actually an upgrade, I don't think a lock handle with an infinite number of positions is necessary on the tool post...
