My birthday was last weekend and I took advantage of the sale Woodcraft had going for the small Rikon 4"x36" belt/disk sander. They didn't have any in stock, but had several ordered so I went ahead and paid for it so I could get the sale price of $119.99. I got a call yesterday from Dennis at the Matthews store and called him back this morning. Rikon made a mistake and the small sander was back ordered and not expected to be available until June at the earliest. Woodcraft pressured Rikon to make things right since they knew Woodcraft was putting the machines on sale. Rikon agreed to allow Woodcraft to sell the next model up ($369) for the same price that I paid for the smaller one so I got a 68% discount on the sander. I couldn't be happier with this. This never happens to me, but I can't say that anymore.
