I was able to save and hopefully repurposed some wood from a business change over. They had the first one as countertops and the second as some shelves/bartop.

These have a finish but didn't affect the color much, both look to be from the same tree.
I'm with Phil. The bottom one is clearly black walnut. The top one is hard to tell due to the surface, but the medullary rays that can be seen are very reminiscent of quartersawn sycamore.
I don't know about board #1 (pic #1) but it sure doesn't look like QS sycamore. Even with a poor surface the QS markings usually stick out like a beacon in the night.
My guess (emphasize guess) on the first one is spalted Sycamore. The second one almost has a Cherry look (heart and sap wood), and the third appears to be Walnut.
FYI. Pecan and hickory are virtually indistinguishable and lumber yards usually lump them together for sale. The heartwood is a characteristic dark brown.
